Ask in plain language. Elisa puts it in circulation across the team and Cerebro answers with sources, limits and cost. And it gives a verdict, not an «it depends».
History of this desk
Elisa is an artificial intelligence, not a person. Her answers are generated by an AI model.
This is general analysis and not a personalised investment recommendation. The person who invests is the one who decides. The chat may search the internet when the vault does not know the answer (a figure from today, a recent news item); those internet sources nobody has reviewed them and they may be incomplete or wrong, so check them before acting. The five profiles that sign the answers (Elisa, Jorne, Carlos Bárez, Daniel Ferrer, Inés Torres) are specialisms of one single automatic system: they are not people nor registered advisers.
Tools
Note down your positions and watch how they do. Without an account they are stored only in this browser; with an account, they sync across devices.
What leaves your browser
When you ask in the chat, the text of the question and the history of that conversation are sent. If you have saved reading preferences, the vocabulary level and the depth are sent too. Your saved positions they are not attached to the chat; the portfolio and the scenarios use them in their own sections. That is why answers are general and not personalised: Cerebro is not financial advice. Avoid writing personal or financial data that is not needed. The securities search sends the search text and price queries send the symbols. See the privacy policy to find out which providers there are and what else is used. With your session signed in, positions are are stored in your account: they sync across devices and are deleted with the account. Type the name or the ticker and pick from the list so we know exactly which security it is and which exchange it trades on.

One position per line: TICKER [shares] [price]. The comma works as a decimal point. Repeating a ticker updates it.
Your portfolio starts with one position. Add a security at the top and, if you want, the shares and the entry price.
Scenarios
Two hypothetical accounts with the assumptions you set. They do not predict the market nor rely on your portfolio: they show what what you type implies. If a figure is missing, the screen says: n/a and why. Never a zero that can be read as data.
Search by title or subject; not inside the notes.

Corrections
What to do when something on this site is wrong, and what is left on record once it is fixed.
How to report it
Write to the same address as the contact page: c.barezsanchez@gmail.com. A report is worth the page's address — the URL, not the title: titles repeat across languages and only the link tells you where you are — and the exact text you see, copied if you can.
You do not have to guess the cause or write a report: what gets fixed is what is seen, and that is enough. If you also know why you think it is wrong, that helps, but it is not what is needed to start. A report is not a commitment to a date: this page promises no timeframe, because that depends on how much has to be rewritten and on whether the fault is in the text or in the code that produces it.
The contact channel, with what the law requires, is in [/transparencia/contacto](/transparencia/contacto).
How it is checked
A report is not fixed because it sounds reasonable: it is verified. The order is always the same one, and it is the same for whoever writes here from the inside:
- That the error exists and is where it was said to be. A figure that does not add up is checked against its source, not against the memory of whoever read it.
- What produces it. If the text is what is wrong, the text is fixed. If what is wrong is the calculation, the data source or the template that assembles it, then the code is fixed, because patching the text would repair only this output and leave the fault in place for the next one.
- What stays the same. An odd error on one page does not oblige us to touch the others; before propagating a change, look at where else the same thing appears.
The same rule stated in [/transparencia/metodologia](/transparencia/metodologia) for data holds here: a figure that has not been verified is not written down, not even to fill a gap. If it cannot be checked, that is what is said: that it could not be checked.
How it is fixed
The correction is made in the text the reader sees, not in a footnote nobody reads. A notice written on the page that failed, at the top and where the fault was, is what makes the correction useful; a page fixed with no trace cannot be told apart from one that never had the fault.
And the other way round: the earlier text is not deleted. What was said is kept, and an evolution note with its date is added explaining what changed and with which source. If the error was material — a figure, a date, a verdict — the correction names the error rather than glossing over it. A thesis retracted with nothing left behind cannot be read afterwards.
How it is dated
Every change carries the date it was made, not the page's original publication date. They are two different dates and the text says which is which, so that nobody reads a statement dated months ago as if it were from today.
The date is the date of the change, not a promise about the next review or about how often the site is updated: the ones that do have a declared schedule are in [/transparencia/metodologia](/transparencia/metodologia) and [/transparencia/historial](/transparencia/historial).
How it is recorded
Material corrections are noted on the affected page with the date, reason and source. The change also remains in the project's change history.
What is kept for each correction is minimal, and it is written down:
- What changed: the exact text before and after.
- Why: the report that prompted it, or the check that found it, with its source.
- When: the date of the change.
- Who: the signature of the author of the change.
How received messages are handled is described in [/legal/privacidad](/legal/privacidad).
This page describes the procedure, not its outcome: it does not keep a count of how many corrections there have been, because that figure is not maintained here.

Adjust how we explain it to you
Two optional questions: your vocabulary level and your preferred depth. They are used to adapt the explanation. We do not ask about amounts of money and we do not run a suitability assessment. The answers are generated by the system and may contain errors; these preferences do not guarantee that the result is identical in every case.
