History of this desk
Elisa is an artificial intelligence, not a person. Her answers are generated by an AI model.
This is general analysis and not a personalised investment recommendation. The person who invests is the one who decides. The chat may search the internet when the vault does not know the answer (a figure from today, a recent news item); those internet sources nobody has reviewed them and they may be incomplete or wrong, so check them before acting. The five profiles that sign the answers (Elisa, Jorne, Carlos Bárez, Daniel Ferrer, Inés Torres) are specialisms of one single automatic system: they are not people nor registered advisers.

What leaves your browser
When you ask in the chat, the text of the question and the history of that conversation are sent. If you have saved reading preferences, the vocabulary level and the depth are sent too. Your saved positions they are not attached to the chat; the portfolio and the scenarios use them in their own sections. That is why answers are general and not personalised: Cerebro is not financial advice. Avoid writing personal or financial data that is not needed. The securities search sends the search text and price queries send the symbols. See the privacy policy to find out which providers there are and what else is used.With your session signed in, positions are are stored in your account: they sync across devices and are deleted with the account. Type the name or the ticker and pick from the list so we know exactly which security it is and which exchange it trades on.

Two hypothetical accounts with the assumptions you set. They do not predict the market nor rely on your portfolio: they show what what you type implies. If a figure is missing, the screen says: n/a and why. Never a zero that can be read as data.

How it is funded
The Site is free for whoever uses it. There is no charge for reading, for asking the chat, or for managing the portfolio. It is funded by Google AdSense advertising, and that advertising is what makes it possible not to have to charge. In return, Google processes your identifiers and cookies in order to display and measure advertisements, on the basis of the consent collected by its own consent manager. What this is, and what it is not
The Site publishes analyses about markets, companies and the economy generated by an automatic system, together with study material. Its purpose is informative and educational.
General information and analysis is provided here. Whether a product or a strategy suits you personally is not assessed. No investment transactions are carried out and no assets are held on behalf of anyone. Automatic responses may be wrong or may go beyond those limits. If you see a personalised recommendation or an error, write to the email address above.
The qualification of a recommendation depends on its content and on the context in accordance with Ley 6/2023 and with Reglamento Delegado (UE) 2017/565. This notice does not determine that qualification nor excludes the obligations applicable to public recommendations.

The five names that sign the responses
Elisa, Jorne, Carlos Bárez, Daniel Ferrer and Inés Torres are specialisations of the same automatic system. They are not people, they are not registered advisers, and they do not review what their name signs. Attributing a response to one of those "minds" is a way of saying with what criteria it was generated, not who signed it.
Cryptographic assets and virtual currencies
Content on cryptoassets is offered as general information and educational material. The Site does not exchange or hold cryptoassets and does not execute transactions on behalf of third parties.
Whether content constitutes cryptoasset advice depends, among other things, on whether it recommends transactions in a personalised way, as governed by Reglamento (UE) 2023/1114 (MiCA). The fact that the content is educational, and that this notice exists, does not remove the obligations arising from the actual activity.
What the Site does do is publish analysis and education about digital assets: what they are, how their markets work and what risks they carry. That content is general information and study material.

The calculators on this Site are equations written for this Site. Some of them rely on official data already published: the benchmark rates of the mortgage market and the average rates on new loans of the Banco de España, and the rates for home purchase taxes set by each autonomous community. Each one states where its data comes from. The values are given as they are and the calculations are ours.
The analyses, texts and graphics published are our own work, unless expressly indicated otherwise. They may be quoted by citing the source and linking to the original. They may not be reproduced in full or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
